Rural Data and Resource Development Initiative (RDRDI)

The RDRDI is a partnership between the Rural Justice Institute, the Institute for Human Services, and the Allegany/Western Steuben Rural Health Network.  The purpose of the group is to collaborate to develop data and resource development opportunities relevant to human services in Allegany County.  The group is developing Comprehensive Planning Profiles around issues prevalent in the Allegany County area.  The use of Geographic Information Systems technology is also being developed as a way to highlight relationships between different demographic attributes.  For more information, contact RJI.
