Bill Hall Executive Director
William Hall is the Executive Director of the Rural Justice Institute and Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at Alfred University. He began work to create the Rural Justice Institute in the mid-90s, and brings experience to the RJI as a criminal justice researcher, former Mayor of the Village of Alfred, and as a former officer with the Wellsville Police Department.
