RJI Trainings: Domestic Violence Training Programs

“Domestic/Family Violence Policy Model:  Recommendations for Public Schools”, targets schools to review district and building policies, guidelines, practices, and procedures in relation to domestic/family violence issues.  During the process, school teams review a model domestic violence policy for education developed by the NYS Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence (click the link to view the policy).  School teams perform a systems analysis to identify areas of strength and concern for their organization.  Action plans are developed based on a priority listing of organizational needs.  Implementation and evaluation of the action plan follows.  For more information, contact RJI (click to email) or call  (607) 871-2984.
